“Gyūsha (牛舎)” in Japanese is defined as the “cow shed”. We are a Japanese Yakiniku (BBQ) restaurant and butchery supplying fresh, premium quality meat products.
Our Wagyu beef are produced from our family farm in NSW and available to our patrons for enjoyment at home or at our dine-in Japanese BBQ restaurant. We also offer and showcase other premium Australian wagyu beef and luxurious Japanese A5 wagyu beef!

We are not just a Japanese Yakiniku (BBQ) Restaurant but we are also your one-stop meat shop and carry a wide range of premium quality meat products cut fresh daily.
Some of our Wagyu beef are from our farm in NSW. They are both HGP & Antibiotic Free. We take great care in looking after our livestock and place high emphasis on animal welfare.
We also stock and showcase other premium Australian wagyu beef and also Japanese A5 wagyu beef.
You can be sure to know that all products purchased from our shop are healthy, wholesome and sustainably grown here in Australia (and Japan).
